Culture

- dry, well drained acidic soil
- full/partial sun
- self sows, long taproot makes it difficult to transplant
- soak seeds overnight in water before sowing

Foliage

-dense clusters of pea-like blossoms
-spear shaped leaves with smooth surface and hairy underside originating from long stalks
