                  Water is extremely important for one to have in their body. But what if someone doesn't have enough water in their system, what happens? The most serious effect of not having enough water in your system, is dehydration. Deyhdration is when ones body loses more fluids than it takes in. Symptoms of deyhdration are: diarrhea, vomiting, fever, sweating, and some serious cases can result in death.

So how much water is enough?

According to the Mayo Clinic; Medical Treatment and Research Center, the amount of water one should consume each day varies from person to person. The amount changes depending on; age, weight, activity level, and health. For an average, men should drink at least 3 liters (13 cups) of water a day, and woman should drink 2.5 liters (9 cups).
