Abstract: Collaborative technology can be used in new ways to communicate in the science classroom. In small independent groups, collaborative technologies encourage science students to share ideas and formulate conclusions about larger, broader topics that are investigated by each group. Here we demonstrate a method of digitally sharing experiences for teaching science in a way that more realistically represents how scientists actually work together on real world problems.
