By applying stream morphology to the headwater that runs through the Kenston campus, students will be able to monitor and document the conditions of the stream. Utilizing laser leveling equipment, data sheets, and computer programs, students will learn how to map out streams and see how the surrounding environment can effect the stream conditions. This will provide information for the Kenston community as to how healthy the stream is, how improvements can be made, and how to maintain and improve quality levels.
